Hi, I’m Rachael. I help people get stronger, fitter, and build a healthier routine that actually works in real life. I’m not about extreme plans or quick fixes - just simple, sustainable progress you can stick to.

I’ve got a First Class Honours degree in Sport Coaching, I’m a qualified personal trainer, and I’ve spent over 12 years working in the emergency services. So I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent when you’re dealing with long hours, shift work, and a busy life. Along the way I’ve also taken on challenges like HYROX, marathons, half marathons and triathlons - all while managing a full-on schedule.

That’s why my coaching is built around you. Your lifestyle, your time, and what’s realistic for you to keep up. The focus is on building strength, improving fitness, and creating habits that last - not something you fall off after a few weeks.
